Decided to do a Comp

Okay, I found my camera. Have been working out and eating clean, although with more carbs pre and post workout. Hired a trainer and have decided to do an NGA show in late November. I'm excited! I have made little improvements since four months ago (!), and can see rear delts coming out.

Back after a break

For most of December I took it easy and lifted probably once per week. However, except for Xmas holiday, I ate the same diet, and didn't get too fat. Will post pics this week.

Progress at Three Months


I know this is getting a little monotonous with the same pose and all, but I think I am getting leaner. A month of heavy weights and 6-8 reps seems to work. I could be doing more cardio, but I have been sticking to the diet.

Beginning

Well, amidst the chaos of starting a new job, relocating, etc. it is time to post some scary "before" pics. It will be only up from here, I promise. With a four-day split, four days per week of cardio, and bodybuilding diet, I look forward to some changes.

Well, I got a gym membership and have started working out again. Consistency is always a challenge, but I am running on my treadmill in the mornings and lifting after work. It feels great!
