Progress at Three Months


I know this is getting a little monotonous with the same pose and all, but I think I am getting leaner. A month of heavy weights and 6-8 reps seems to work. I could be doing more cardio, but I have been sticking to the diet.

Progress at Two Months


Looking a little leaner. I am switching my exercises up starting tomorrow to help confuse my muscles into growing.
